These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DreamTrips application (the "App") operated by [Company legal name] ("DreamTrips", "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The service
DreamTrips is an AI-powered travel planner that helps you discover, plan and book hotels, flights, attractions, tickets and related travel services. The App is provided to eligible members of the DreamTrips community.
Eligibility & account
Access requires an eligible DreamTrips membership, verified at sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into bookings.
Bookings are with the travel provider
When you book, the contract for that travel service is between you and the relevant provider (for example Viator/Tripadvisor for attractions and tickets, Inspira for hotels, or Duffel/the airline for flights). DreamTrips acts as an intermediary/affiliate that facilitates the booking. The provider is the merchant of record, is responsible for delivering the service and for post-booking support, and its own terms and cancellation policy apply to your booking.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may change until a booking is confirmed; the price confirmed at checkout applies. Payment is processed by the provider or its payment processor via a hosted checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges shown at checkout.
Changes & cancellations
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable provider's policy shown at the time of booking. Where a booking is refundable, any refund is issued according to that policy. Some bookings are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, disrupting it, scraping content, or using it for unlawful purposes. AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate — verify important details (such as visa, health and entry requirements) with official sources before you travel.
Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of travel providers, for AI-generated content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The App and its content are owned by DreamTrips or its licensors and are protected by law. Content provided by travel providers remains theirs and is shown under our agreements with them.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Notably, your home address, date of birth and passport number are stored only on your device.
Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms and will change the "last updated" date above; material changes will be communicated in the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of [jurisdiction]. Questions: [support@yourdomain].
